Refund Policy
At Salon Aurum Hair and Beauty, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and personalised care for every guest. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you leave our salon feeling confident and happy with your look.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Service Concerns & Adjustments
- We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or correction if you are dissatisfied with your hair and the concern is related to the original service provided.
- Adjustments must be performed by the same stylist, unless otherwise arranged by salon management.
- The correction appointment must be booked within 7 days of the original service date.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be considered if the stylist is unable to correct or fix the issue after a reasonable attempt.
- In such cases, a maximum refund of 50% of the total service cost may be issued at the discretion of salon management.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, external factors (e.g. home care, colour fading, or styling), or services performed by another salon after your visit.
Product Refunds
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used retail products.
- If a product is faulty or causes a reaction, please return it within 7 days with proof of purchase for exchange or store credit.
